About CrazyTower Casino

Who We Are

We at Crazy Tower are operated by Tower Gaming N.V., licensed under Curaçao 365/JAZ, and we built our brand with one goal in mind: to give players in Canada and New Zealand a modern, reliable, and entertaining online casino. Our platform launched with a clear vision — combine cutting-edge game technology with a player-first approach to bonuses, banking, and support. Here at CrazyTower, we believe that trust is earned through transparency, consistent service, and a product that simply works, day in and day out.

Our Crazy Tower team works around the clock to keep the platform running smoothly, refreshing our game catalog, and listening to player feedback. We don't just want to be another name on a long list of online casinos — we want CrazyTower to be the place you come back to because you know what to expect: fair games, fast payouts, and a support team that actually helps.

Our Game Selection

At Crazy Tower, we offer one of the broadest game libraries in the market. Depending on your region, you'll find thousands of titles ready to play instantly in your browser or on mobile. Our slot collection spans classic three-reel games, cinematic video slots, Megaways titles, and high-volatility Bonus Buy games for players who like to jump straight into the action.

• Thousands of pokies and video slots from leading studios
• Jackpot games with Hot Jackpots, Lucky Jackpots, and Drops & Wins
• Table games including blackjack, roulette, craps, video poker, and scratch cards
• A dedicated Streamers' Choice and Superstars section for trending titles
• New and Exclusive categories updated regularly

We at CrazyTower organize our lobby into intuitive categories — Top, New, Popular, Provider of the Week, and more — so you can find exactly what you're in the mood for without endless scrolling. Our Megaways and Bonus Buy sections are especially popular among players who want fast-paced, high-energy sessions.

Our Live Casino Experience

Here at Crazy Tower, we bring the atmosphere of a real casino floor straight to your screen. Our live dealer studios feature professional hosts streaming in high definition, giving you the chance to play roulette, blackjack, baccarate, poker, and game shows in real time. Our Gold Saloon and International Tables sections cater to players who enjoy a more traditional, social casino feel, while our Game Shows category adds a playful, interactive twist to the experience.

With well over a hundred live roulette and blackjack tables combined across our markets, we at CrazyTower Casino make sure there's always a seat open, no matter the time of day. Our live casino lobby runs 24/7, matching the always-on energy of our support team.

Our Welcome Package and Ongoing Promotions

At CrazyTower, we reward new players generously from the very first deposit. Our CrazyTower bonus package spans your first four deposits, offering up to 500% in bonus funds, 400 free spins, and a free pick at our Fortune Wheel. We split it across four stages so the rewards keep coming as you settle in:

1. 1st deposit: 100% match plus 100 free spins
2. 2nd deposit: 120% match plus 50 free spins
3. 3rd deposit: 130% match plus 100 free spins
4. 4th deposit: 150% match plus 150 free spins

We keep our minimum qualifying deposit accessible, and our wagering requirement is set at 35x the deposit plus bonus amount, completable within 10 days. Our Crazy Tower team designed the package to be straightforward: claim it before placing any bets with your qualifying deposit, and you're set to enjoy extended playtime with bonus funds.

Beyond the welcome offer, our CrazyTower promotions run continuously. We offer a Crypto Welcome Bonus, Weekly and Weekend Reload Bonuses, Daily and Live Cashback, and a rotating Join the Competition prize pool. Our Shop lets you exchange coins for rewards, our Challenges let you earn more coins through play, and our Collections feature lets you gather cards toward bonus cash. We built these features so there's always something new to work toward beyond your next spin.

Our VIP Elite Society

We at Crazy Tower Casino believe loyal players deserve recognition, which is why we created the VIP Elite Society. Our program has five statuses — Beginner, Amateur, Professional, World Class, and Legend — each unlocking more value as you climb.

• Levels 1-2: on-site promotions and 24/7 live chat access
• Level 3: personalised offers, higher withdrawal limits, and cashback
• Levels 4-5: a dedicated personal VIP manager

Our CrazyTower loyalty structure runs alongside Challenges, Collections, Tournaments, and our Wheel of Fortune, giving every player — not just high rollers — a reason to keep engaging with the platform.

Our Banking Options

At Crazy Tower, we support a wide mix of payment methods so you can deposit and withdraw in the way that suits you best. Our Canadian players can use Interac, cards, bank transfer, Skrill, MiFinity, and a long list of cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT, and more. Our New Zealand players have access to card payments, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, and the same broad crypto selection.

We at CrazyTower process withdrawal requests within three business days after verification, and depending on your chosen method, funds typically arrive quickly after approval — though bank transfers may take a few extra days. Our withdrawal limits scale with your VIP status, so as you progress through our loyalty tiers, your daily and monthly caps increase accordingly. New players can get started quickly through the simple CrazyTower login process.
